But heck, the honorable members of the 9th Circuit Court couldn't care less.

They have good security, provided at the expense of the taxpayers.

errr, how do you know when you are going to be in danger? this makes no sense.

This law is too extreme a form of gun control.

Just who or what determines when someone thinks they are in danger? As long as a person is trained in firearm use and passes any tests for concealed weapons, I think as long as that person has a reason to carry, then they should be able to carry. Too many flaws in that law.
