You seem to understand how corruption works, so why can't you see it in obvious operation in the Clinton Foundation? (Yeah, yeah, I know, you think she's YOUR crook, so you don't care.)

But to answer your question, no, I don't advocate privatization of prisons, although in principle there's no compelling reason to suppose that corrupt prison guard union bosses in the public sector wouldn't also have a strong incentive to bribe corrupt judges to make sure there's plenty of work (and plenty of fat raises) for the membership.

I'm on the fence about this one but I agree with The Other Tink. They would be just as corrupt ,if not more than regular prisons.
