It would have to be : Yulia Tymoshenko of the Ukraine. A very nice looking woman. Wish we had a President that looked like her! Although the lady in red would sure turn some heads also!

Hottest president?

I am afraid that I am not much inspired if referring to "hot", except for Yulia Tymoshenko, like everybody here - or am I wrong? By the way, she was Prime Minister.
