Well....yes.

In the town where I grew up.....were you to go downtown and look in the small Memorial Park where all of those who've served in foreign wars are kept in memorial on the Wall of Honor, you would find my name......first name misspelled.

Ha.....what can ya say?

I have on occasion and I did not like it.  I felt that the bestower should have checked for the correct spelling of my name.

Yes, once or twice, but I shrugged it off with a smile.  :)

(my last name is often misspelled)

One time someone made a nametag for me that said "Camron" without the "e". Not the worst misspelling ever, but still I had to walk around with my name misspelled all day lol.

All the time. I have an unusual name. Either it's misspelled or mispronounced. Sometimes both.

It happened rather often, but seldom with gifts.
