What's The Best Recipe for Cornbread?

I'm looking for a good recipe for MOIST cornbread.  Can't seem to find a good one online.  Any tips?

I've tried most of these with limited success.  The latter one shows the most promise.  I think the secret's in the oil; like when/how to use it.

My grandmother had an excellent recipe, but now I can't seem to find it. :-(
