Once in a while but they want you to sign up with them and such, so I generally just find the video I'm looking for in You Tube. All I've ever used Vimeo for is videos for websites.
Sometimes, I do...mostly because they have videos that are usually unsuitable for YouTube. I'll let you fill in the blanks here.
