I will bring a list of my meal requirements along with items needed the duration of my stay. Which could be anywhere from 2 months to a year.. I can pay you by doing odd jobs like patching a roof , weeding the garden or hang a picture if needed. I still expect to get paid for the odd jobs and you must have air conditioning at all times

Been nice out here the last couple of weeks. Upper 70's to mid 80's. Perfect weather. Of course I have good A/C. it gets pretty hot here in the Summer. But sorry, I take care of my own house as needed.

It's about 35 or so here this morning and been getting into the low 70's the last few days I've been home. Snow is melting away already. Good! You could come up here and work as I've been gone a lot working and haven't gotten many of my home chores done. I better get off my ass and get to it!
