It depends on the questions (i.e. discussion pages and opinion pages) and the user groups involved. There are quite a few nice people there. And usually, a kind word helps too.
Personally, I might have missed out some things, but it is certainly not worse than on the late Sodahead community - maybe even less "virulent". Of course, like everywhere, incidents, fails or fights - whether by accident or on purpose, can always happen - all the more when many users speak other languages than English (there are also quite a few differences between British and American English. BTW, anonymous downvoting is not allowed any more.
