I'm having hairfall problem due to the pollution and now I lost many hairs. My hair is also short and not stronger. I have tried many treatments for my problem and nothing works. I changed shampoo, hair oil and so on. Nothing really seems to work. I haven't yet try the Indulekha hair oil but it seems so popular in India and do you think its a good product? How to use the Indulekha Bringha oil and will it give good results or bad side effects?

The main reason for the hairfall is the insufficient nutrition. You must eat the foods with protein and vitamin D which is good for healthy hair.

  1. You can eat a lot of eggs and gooseberry which has the nutrition required for the hair growth.
  2. The dust and pollution while travelling on streets will goes into the root of your hair, this is also a reason for hairfall. So you can cover your hair in such places.
  3. Avoid sleeping in late night, people who awake in nights will have hairfall.

Indulekha Bringha oil ingredients mainly consists of aloevera, gooseberry, neem and bringha. So, you just prepare it by yourself if you live in the rural area. If you live in cities like Bangalore, Chennai then you can just buy this product and use it.

You can also use the Indulekha shampoo along with the Indulekha bringha oil. If you want a straight and smooth hair then you can apply the oil half an hour before and then you can take bath. Avoid using hair strightners since it will cause hairfall. I had read some bad reviews about indulekha but I'm using it and its giving me the good results.

You buy the Indulekha bringha pack from Amazon since the price is cheap when you buy online. You can save your money and you will also get the new product as a home delivery. I hope it will give you the good results too, all the best.
