Post a traditional/folk song which you like

I don't remember who, but somebody posted this on Ask a few years ago. If it doesn't stir your soul you'd better pinch yourself to make sure you haven't passed away during the night.

This one is an old Australian folk song (the original tune is "Sweet Betsy from Pike" which is from America). I once wrote a parody on it called "The Ballad of Leadfoot Lynne" which I sing to my wife (Lynne) whenever she drives too fast ... which is a regular occurrence. :)

Yeah I really like Nordic and Scandinavian folk music. And Tröllslagur is my favorite.
