Although I think it's murder ...I believe women should have the choice and as long as their reasons are genuine and not just to get rid the baby...

Technically yes it is , especially if it's a Late Stage Abortion.

Obviously there are circumstances where I simply can't bring myself to Judge a Young Girl or Woman

I do.  Absolutely.  Left to their full term....women would not be delivering goats and chinchillas.  That piece of precious cargo is a human infant.  Paint it as you will, it's infantacide.  The first argument is always the standard "rape or incest."  The percentage of that vs. one of convenience is telling.

Personally, I feel really good about the fact that I donate financially to a woman's shelter that bring these women hope and that coaches women to deliver their child where, the mother is set up with services, informed about options, and assisted in learning how to take care of their babies.  One of the differences are those mothers who have gone through the birth of that child vs. the one who's elected to terminate her pregnancy.

Provocative question.

A miscarriage is the natural termination of a pregnancy before full term.

An abortion is the assisted termination of a pregnancy before full term.

Murder? Not hardly. That's an evocative term used for emotional effect by the pro-life (mostly religious) movement. It has no real application to abortion.
