God exists beyond space and time, so the question framed in terms of our conception of age has no meaning.

God simply IS, he is the very essence of existence.
As he said to Moses, "I AM THAT I AM...say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you."

God was created when our forefathers first came down from the trees and found the need to explain things that were, to them, inexplicable.

I can't give you the number of years, but in practical terms he's past his use-by date.
