NASA's Juno Spacecraft is making its journey to Jupiter. Now it is 493 million miles (793 million kilometers) away from the sun but it still somehow manage to use the solar energy from the Sun. This is a new record for a spacecraft! image

Wow!  All the way to Jupiter makes me speechless!

Jupiter is about is about 5 times the distance from the sun as compared with Earth, so the solar radiation intensity is about 1/25 of what it is here.  That means Juno's solar panels must be quite large, and/or more efficient than those of other space probes.
