I have it especielly when I´m really afraid of losing someone. I just can´t really help it that I don´t fully trust anyone and the person who is the closest to me. But I know I have to trust this person but still it can be hard sometimes because of the distance we have between us and especielly when he seem to be more abscent from me. I just have to persuade myself that I can trust this person fully.

You've got a lot of insight into your feelings about trust. It's important to distinguish between your own insecurities and another person's actual trustworthiness. Either way, you can't prevent all of life's disappointments and heartaches, but you can keep yourself from behaving destructively and sabotaging your own happiness. You should be fine.

No issues at all. I either trust you or I don't. Not everyone is trustworthy.

If he were to tell me to jump off a bridge, I wouldn't hesitate. Even if it means my death. That's how much trust our relationship has...
