DSLR or Mirrorless or Camcorder or Point & Shoot camera: Which you rather buy?

I confess a personal bias for Canon.

As far as the various types, well, that pretty much is determined by how "into it" you are.

You can take just as nice of photos with a point and shoot as you can a DSLR.

Dan, I think that I would rather opt for the "Point and Shoot" Camera.

I have been reading lots of descriptions, lately - lol.
