I was looking for a decent final quote and came up with two.
The first is from Heinrich Heine: "God will forgive me. It is his profession."
The second is from none other than Niccolo Machiavelli who said, "I desire to go to Hell and not to Heaven. In the former I shall enjoy the company of popes, kings and princes, while in the latter are only beggars, monks and apostles."
