Simple because people enlist in the military, does not mean they are any different than any other person in society. They have the exact same issues and vises as all the rest of us. There have been some serious criminal offenses committed by military people, including rape, murder, vicious sexual torment in their own ranks, thief and a host of other reprehensible behaviors as well. To think they they are not involved in drugs would be naive at best.
